Whether you’re hosting a backyard BBQ bash or a large wedding reception – EventWorks has tents of all shapes and sizes for every event need!
In search of a little shade? Our smallest tent is a 10X10 and can be used to cover a couple food tables, provide shade for some chairs or can be used as catering tent for a wedding reception.
From there, our tent inventory goes up in size and includes a variety of styles to select from! We offer 20 wide, 30 wide, 40 wide and 50 wide tents and can advise you on the size you’ll need to use for your event based on its footprint. EventWorks offers frame tents, gable frame tents, pole tents and sailcloth tents.
While Myrtle Beach, Charleston, and Savannah offer many beautiful outdoor venues and spaces, we always recommend having a rain backup plan as an afternoon shower can pop-up at any time. It’s always better to be prepared and and ensure your guests are covered should the weather not go as planned!
Good news! We offer a rain reserve program so you can hold a tent for your event date without paying the full amount for the tent upfront. Our rain reserve program requires a 35% non-refundable deposit to hold the tent with your tent decision made three days prior to your delivery date by noon. Our rain program allows you to have peace of mind (especially during peak wedding months!) that a tent is available for your event date if needed and allows you to be able to gauge the weather forecast 72 hours prior to your event.
To jazz up your tent, we offer pole covers and liners as add-on items to further decorate your tent. We also offer three chandelier options, as well as café lighting to light your tent if you have an evening event.

With event season right around the corner, we’re thinking of unique ways to display smaller decor and family heirlooms during receptions and corporate events We have some amazing rental items that will be perfect additions to your rental order.
Our Boxwood Wall is an excellent way to grab your guest’s attention. With it being a bright green 8-foot tall wall, it can serve as a lush escort card display or make a beautiful backdrop behind your ceremony arch or head table. We loved seeing them as a focal point in a recent wedding where the planner used a velvet blue ribbon to attach escort cards to the wall.
Another great piece is our Silver Metal Display Stand. We usually see it filled to the brim with champagne flutes; a lovely way to greet your guests upon arrival to your reception. It can also be used to display appetizers or favors for your guests.
Our Mahogany Wine Barrel table has been used for dessert displays, escort cards, favors, gifts and even as a ceremony altar. We love how versatile it is and the creative ways in which planners have utilized them! You also can rent the wine barrels separately and use them for cocktail tables, aisle markers or as a cake stand. We have also seen them used as “hydration stations” with our Glass Beverage Dispensers on top of them near the dance floor so that guests stay hydrated all night long

Each year we look forward to hearing the announcement of the Pantone Color of the Year, as it helps inspire and shape event colors. We absolutely loved the Color of the Year for 2017 – Greenery – but we were thrilled to learn Ultra Violet was the color selected for 2018! While we will always incorporate neutrals and Earth tones into our designs, we’re loving that Ultra Violet signifies that bold uses of color in event space designs are back.
Defined as “a dramatically provocative and thoughtful purple shade” Ultra Violet “communicates originality, ingenuity, and visionary thinking that points us toward the future.”
EventWorks has several options for how to use our rentals to showcase Violet at your event this year!
We have five styles of linens available to rent, all with different shades, sheens and textures. From lighter lilacs to deep eggplants, we have a plethora of purples to select from. One of our favorites is the Krinkle Violet – with a textured, reflective look and feel, this linen is perfect for an elegant affair.
One of our favorite patterns of China that we carry is the Vintage line. It comes in four beautiful, different colors, one of which being Violet! Ideal for a spring or fall event – our Vintage Violet plates are subtle in color, but make a table pop once set. We have the Vintage Violet available in a B&B plate, Salad plate, Dinner plate and Charger.
A few other fun ways to add a hit of Violet to your event:
- Sash your cocktail tables with a shade of Violet to add a pop of color
- Preset a Violet napkin at place settings
- Use Violet gels with our Can Up Lights at your event to add color reflections on the wall

It is that time of year again – oyster roast season! With cooler temperatures, an oyster roast is the perfect social event for any occasion and EventWorks has the products to make your next event a shuckin’ good time.
To get started, first you will need an Oyster Cooker. Able to hold up to a bushel of oysters, our oyster cooker is easily transportable since it is on wheels and lightweight. It can also be used to cook other seafood as well!
We have a several different table options depending on the style of your oyster roast. For those having a more casual affair, we have standard 8’ Oyster Table that have the centers removed to easily toss away the shells. For a more elegant event, we have Custom Oyster tables that are higher than a standard table, much more detailed in design and also with removable centers. Do not worry, we also have trash cans available for rent - making clean-up a breeze!
A key component for a successful oyster roast is the proper Oyster Knife! We carry a line of sturdy knives with eye-catching blue handles that provide extra grip to assist getting you to your tasty oyster!
Just in case it happens to rain on your event day, we have tents ranging in size to accommodate all of your guests! If it happens to be a chillier day on the coast, which is quite possible during oyster season, do not forget your heaters to help your guests stay warm!

Over the past couple of years, we have introduced several products into our inventory that have later transitioned into pieces that our clients and planners consistently crush on. Its traditional white color and subtle square detailing allow for it to fit among any design.has beautiful, vintage etching and our Bohemian beaded glasses have raised adorned speckles that add dimension to any setting.
