Our brand-new 60-wide Twin Pole Sailcloth tent made its grand debut at The Knot publication’s annual party over the summer. We are so excited to share several pieces making their debut to our inventory this fall! From a brand-new china collection to bright-colored glassware, read below for details on the newest items that you’ll soon be falling for.
Patterned and textured china are two industry trends that continue to excite us. This fall, we will be introducing the Sienna Lace collection, consisting of a charger, dinner plate and salad plate. This cream colored collection and its stunning scalloped detail will display nicely with any flatware style, and the rich color will be a warm change to the expected white plate.
Much like our White Bookcase which compliments any of our bars, we designed a Mahogany Bookshelf to stand alongside our new Mahogany Bar. Display your favors, place cards or family photos at your next event on our stylish shelves.
Colored glassware has come back in style in a big way! We have already added Bohemian and Bella Blue glasses to our collection this year. This fall, we’re introducing the Green Goblet, as well as the coveted Moscow Mule mug to the mix! Sip, sip, hooray!
To complete your tablescape, utensils are essential! We have a brand new collection of flatware to share - the Estate Antiqued collection. With a weathered look, this grouping will add an old-world look to any setting, yet remain timeless like any treasured antique.

Hosted at one of the most beautiful venues in Charleston, South Carolina; we had the pleasure of working with The Knot at this year’s The Knot Charleston Mixer. A function filled with advertising professionals and wedding vendors from across the Southeast, the Governor Thomas Bennett House, circa 1825, was the perfect backdrop to furnish with some of our favorite rentals.
These breathtaking photos, captured by Catherine Ann Photography, truly showcased the whimsical theme brought to life by Pure Luxe Bride for this year’s event. We worked alongside Francesca and Blake from Pure Luxe Bride to hand select our décor items that paired well with their stunning design. We also provided a few timeless pieces, including our brand new 60 wide Sailcloth tent, our Whitewash Chloe chairs, our Slate Grey Tufted Velvet Sofa, and our new Lattice Chameleon Bar.
In addition, we supplied the event with classically southern and luxurious pieces like our Gold Maison Bookshelf and Gold Flatware, our Gold Accented Dome Chairs, Blue Corsica china set and our Bella Blue Water Goblet. Each piece, perfectly tied together, created an elegant and charming atmosphere at this year’s soiree.

New season, new inventory! We have many exciting products hitting our inventory this summer and we could not wait to give you a sneak peek. This past spring, EventWorks Rentals introduced several bar styles, along with lounge options. This summer, we are thrilled to add two new bars, a new dance floor and china pieces to our ever-growing inventory!
Much like our White Bar, we designed our own Mahogany Bar that clients can build out to whatever length desired. The cutout can be used as a customized design piece tailored to each client’s event design.
A new addition to our Chameleon Bar Collection, we are excited to introduce the White Lattice Bar.
One of our products that we are so excited to share with you is our new Driftwood Plank dance floor! Get ready to dance the night away on this beauty!
In addition, we’ve added a beautiful, new china collection, along with FOUR chargers to our inventory - all available this Fall. With patterns and textures being a popular trend in the wedding industry, EventWorks decided to expand our collection to include new patterns. With an eye-catching design similar to our Corsica china, our new Amalfi collection has a unique and intricate pattern with shades of blue, jade and gold. The four-piece collection includes a charger, dinner plate, salad plate and dessert/bread place. Perfect for a wedding or corporate event, this new collection is sure to be a focal point for any tablescape.

We’re moving South! Savannah, Georgia… here we come.
After successfully serving both the Myrtle Beach and Charleston event rental markets in South Carolina, we are pleased to announce the opening of a third EventWorks Rentals location in Savannah, Georgia. Due to increased demand in the Lowcountry, we saw a need in the Savannah market for a full-service event rental company with extensive selection and professional care. Our warehouse and showroom are located in Savannah providing affordable and effective service. We are thrilled to provide brides, planners and neighboring events with local, personal customer service in Savannah and its outlying areas.
EventWorks Rentals is now the only rental provider based in South Carolina and Georgia with three full-service locations.
What does this means for you? We will have the opportunity to furnish even more unique products and selections. We’ll also be expanding our service radius to now encompass an eight-hour drive, stretching from Wilmington, North Carolina all the way to Jacksonville, Florida with several cities in-between.
The Savannah location is proud to serve the following local areas: Pooler, Tybee Island, Richmond Hill, Bluffton, Beaufort, Hilton Head Island, St. Simons Island, Sea Island, Jekyll Island, Statesboro and Hinesville.
We are particularly excited to share this news with our loyal clients and partners, including other event vendors, venues and planners. As the Southeast continues to serve as a hotbed for destination weddings and corporate events, we are thrilled at what this means for our existing partnerships and our ability to continue to work with them - outside their defined local area.
The Savannah showroom will open by appointment only beginning on June 1st. The Savannah EventWorks location will include all current event and party rental options and inventory, including tables, chains, linens, tents, china, glassware, catering equipment, decor, lounge furniture, staging, flooring and much more.
