When it comes to working in the event rentals industry, there are six words that the EventWorks team takes very seriously: Take Pride. Have Heart. Give Thanks. This has become a daily motto for our team, as well as the framework for our company’s future goals and dreams. It may seem simple, but these words mean a lot to our company and help guide our work every day.
To us, this means that we are constantly pursuing excellence in service and self.
We take pride in our work. Anytime a client asks for our assistance, we do everything that we can to lend a hand. Whether it’s a minor detail or a major dilemma, we address every question and issue with a prompt response and resolution. Getting an event to the finish line and seeing how happy our clients are with our work inspires us to continue striving for excellence. We love what we do, especially when we get to be part of events that positively impact our community.
We also take pride in our team. We believe that team development is an essential part of achieving consistency and success in our work. We invest time in training our staff on every aspect of the job, from setting up tents, washing and packaging dishes, caring for and repairing our rentals and working efficiently on a job site. We value leadership and our team’s ability to anticipate and address the needs of our clients. We enjoy discovering new processes and techniques to help our people grow and enhance our clients’ total experience.
Having heart means that we actively cultivate meaningful relationships with our team, partners and clients.
Working in the events industry involves spending a lot of time with planners, caterers, photographers and several other vendors. We have learned that collaboration is key and building strong relationships with the talented professionals in our industry only helps to elevate our work. It is important that our clients and partnering vendors can rely on every member of our team, from day one with our sales staff to the day of the event with our onsite delivery team.
We have heart for our team. We take time to celebrate big events like weddings, birthdays, employment anniversaries and other milestone moments in life. We foster positive attitudes and hard work, and encourage our team to take moments to congratulate each other for our successes.

When the busy season slows down, we spend time reflecting on our work and identifying ways that we can grow and enhance the EventWorks experience for our clients. We are always receptive to feedback and view challenges as an opportunity to improve our relationships and the services we provide.
As our company continues to grow, we are taking on bigger events and our team members are investing extra time on the clock to make it all happen. Every job involves a number of logistical obstacles, which requires seamless coordination with operations, production and a number of other partners. We know that this is no easy feat, so we take time to give thanks to our team. When we complete a job that’s especially challenging, it’s nice to take a step back and show appreciation for everyone’s efforts.

We are incredibly thankful to have a team that takes pride in what they do and clients who trust EventWorks to handle their special events.
