We have event equipment experts to help you with decisions regarding the logistics, design and products that will create your vision. Complimentary services during your consultation include beginning to provide a virtual tour of your event using our CAD technology and to schedule a site inspection of needed. Whether you are an event professional or this is your first time renting equipment, we are always available to provide free consultation to help you through your equipment rental decisions.

Site Inspections

Let us come visit you at the site of your event to help make recommendations on the layout of your event while taking into consideration the limits relative to the space and timing of your event site as well as your budget.

Design and Layout

We have the most advanced technology to help you plan your special event. Through our computer-aided design [CAD] technology, we can help you see a layout drawing and a 3D virtual tour so you can see your event before it even happens.

Our professional staff can provide you the computer-aided design and layout drawings prior to your event. By visualizing your event before set up time, you can make necessary changes and additions before the work begins.

Delivery and Pickup Services

Let us take care of the heavy lifting. Our professionals will deliver your rentals to any event location in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. Delivery and pickup charges are applicable and are defined by the distance from our office. We will work to accommodate all of your delivery requests, though most deliveries are delivered 1-2 days prior to the event and picked up 1-2 days after the event. After hours and time priority can be accommodated for an additional charge.

Setup and Breakdown Services

Stay focused on your special event and let our professionals ensure your event is ready. Setup an breakdown service of our entire inventory is available. Our clients commonly use our professionals to setup chairs, tables and linens. Tents, flooring, pipe and drape and staging include a set up in the rental rate.

Porter Service

Not interested in repacking the food service equipment after an event? We can provide professionals to rinse all china, glassware and flatware. Reduce the possibility for breakage or damage charges by having our team repack all the dishware in our crates. Speak with your sales representative for pricing.

Event Support Services

When your special event requires professional special attention, we can be there to help. From operating the climate control to design transformations, we can provide services to help with your needs. Our experienced staff can be onsite for your entire event to ensure every detail goes as planned.
