Delivery fees depend on your venue's location, the number of items rented, and set-up logistics. We provide a detailed quote, including delivery fees, at the time of reservation.

We recommend booking rentals three to six months in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Cancellations must be made at least 90 days before the delivery date to receive a full deposit refund. Orders canceled between 31 and 89 days prior will incur a 50% charge, while cancellations within 30 days will be charged the full rental amount. Full payment is due 14 days before delivery. This cancellation policy remains unaffected by pandemics, weather, or unforeseen issues. However, a refund or credit will be provided in the event of a mandatory shutdown or evacuation.
